The Order Pad was built to make ordering from Inn Express quicker, clearer, and less stressful. Whether you’re topping up for the weekend or planning a full delivery, the Order Pad lets you search, add, arrange, and save products all in one place.

If you’re ordering the same drinks each week, why start from scratch every time? The Order Pad helps you sort your products to match your shelves or fridges, set sensible par levels, and keep everything in the right order – even when you print it out.

You can add or remove products whenever you like, rearrange them to suit your cellar's layout, and save time every time you order.

Need to top everything up to your par levels? One button. Want to add the whole lot to your basket in one go? Yep, you guessed it - One button!

It’s straightforward, flexible and built with the trade in mind.

ADDING TO ORDER PAD 🛒

Adding to the order pad can be done in three ways.

1. Type in your desired products, and a drop-down menu will appear. Click your chosen product which adds to your order pad, and continue searching.

2. Clicking the order pad icon on the product detail page, you can easily add or remove products from the order pad or the cocktail calculator

3. On the product summary screen, you will also see the cocktail calculator and order pad icon for fast adding and removing.

REMOVING FROM THE ORDER PAD ❌

Click the bin icon below to remove it from your pad. You can also add and remove products from the product range pages with the click of a button.

ARRANGING YOUR ORDER PAD 🔼 🔽

The order pad can be arranged and locked in your order for easy offline order taking. Then log back in, and your order pad will be in the same order, and you can place orders faster from this page.

PRINTING THE ORDER PAD🖨️

You can click the download button, and your order pad will be exported in the same order you saved it as a CSV. You can then print it for easy order generation when you're away from your computer.

PAR LEVELS 🧰

Many venues utilise par levels to keep their stock volumes just right. With our order pad, you can manually create your own par levels to help place accurate orders and save space and potential waste.

PLACING ORDERS FROM ORDER PAD ✅

Add your required stock and hit 'add to basket'. If you know you need your par levels, hit 'set quantity to par level', and your order pad will update to precisely what you have set as your par levels.
