Tasting Notes
This British gin liqueur was distilled in North Yorkshire with six botanical gin before it was then infused with flavours of cherry and a touch of vanilla. It was designed to capture the character of the homemade cakes that the founder's late Auntie Dot used to make in her home in Yorkshire in the 1940's. It's enjoyable as a replacement for gin in a G&T or as an addition to a glass of prosecco.
