Traktion showcases some classic American hops that maybe don't get the love they used to. Ahtanum, Centennial and Summit were all juggernauts in their day, and we think they still hold up. Centennial and Summit bring their trademark orange peel notes and a healthy dose of Ahtanum brings a herbaceous pine to proceedings. An oat-heavy malt bill, a sensible ABV, and our house yeast combine to make this a seriously smashable ode to the classics.
