This spiced sour is packed full of autumnal, warming seasonal flavours. With our signature, smooth saline base with oats and lactose, we invited our North Beer Club members to assist with the brew at Springwell. We put them to work cutting up plum and apples to roast before adding them to the whirlpool with a little cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. During fermentation we added fresh, organic blackberry puree and apple concentrate to boost that deep, vibrant red colour and boost those autumnal flavours.
This North Beer Club recipe is one for the season, and a true collaboration with those who have supported us throughout the years.
