Tasting Notes
This thick, juicy, super hazy, heavy pale ale was made with a robust malt bill of Extra Pale, Pale malt, Oats and Munich and mashed at a high temp for a high final gravity and massive body to the beer. We hopped this beer with a huge addition of Amarillo in the whirlpool and double dry-hopped with more Amarillo and Huell Melon resulting in a complex and super fruity aroma and flavour. This batch ended up a little stronger than the previous iteration due to the higher attenuation of our house yeast.
