Tasting Notes

We built this Cascadian Dark on a blend of Maris Otter, Munich, Crystal Rye and dark roasted Carafa 3, then selected a line up of hops that all originated from the Pacific Northwest.
Layers of dark roasted malt and caffè mocha, brought to life by sprigs of fresh pine and an orange peel bite. Toasty, smooth and pleasantly bittersweet.
