Tasting Notes
We’ve started with a thick and smooth base made up of plenty of naked oats, flaked oats and wheat. We added in Brown Demerara Sugar to the boil to sweeten the beer up, caramelise and bring out all of those deep and lovely molasses and toffee flavours. Spicy and aromatic cinnamon in the whirlpool compliments the sweetness whilst a big dose of Pineapple pureé and a dash of Sabro hops bring the tropics!A real treat! Sweet caramelised Pineapple upfront, gritty brown sugar sweetness and warming flare of cinnamon and coconut on the mid with a touch of spiced rum on the finish!
