Our latest take on one of the most classic styles of craft beer. Malt base has lots of Vienna and Munich to give biscutty complexity and a golden burnt orange colour. The approach to hopping taking inspiration from more towards the west coast - Simcoe and Chinook with some early boil additions for smooth satisfying bitterness and a sensible dry hop for piney aroma leaving it more balanced than some modern counterparts. Should finish crisp and refreshing and being a slightly lighter abv, endlessly drinkable
