Our classic winter warmer, ever popular with beer drinkers for 50 years. The beer remains true to its original recipe, a deep chestnut in colour with a strong malty aroma and full bodied complete flavour. When supplied in bottles, we bottle condition this beer to retain the authentic flavour.Brewed using Pale Ale, Crystal and Black malts with Fuggles, Goldings and Sovereign hops.
