Tasting Notes

Funk is a Sour IPA that we brewed with our mates from Newcastle, Almasty Brewing Co. Luckily they absolutely love Sour IPAs as much as we do!! The interplay between the tart lemon sourness of the Philly yeast and the hop combo of Idaho 7, Amarillo and Centennial is exactly what we wanted. It's one of our favourite beers and we hope you love it too.
