The Inn-express.com ordering portal is live, and all customers can now register for an online account. This platform exclusively offers Inn Express customers an unrivalled range of products teamed with live stock availability and now the increased functionality of invoice management features. To ensure you are able to make the most of all the features below you will find a few key tips.

When you first log into your account you are taken to the 'my account' screen from here you can access a range of features designed to speed up your ordering process and enable you to spend time running your business.

This recently added section enables you to manage a large section of your accounts online.

INVOICE HISTORY

A great feature whereby previously paid invoices and credit notes can be made available. For extra convenience these can be viewed and printed should you wish.

RECENTLY ORDERED PRODUCTS

Previously Cherry Pick & Order

This feature is a great time saver.

This feature shows 90 days' worth of items you've recently purchased, the last date on which it was ordered and how many items have been purchased as a cumulative figure on each line. From here you are then able to quickly add some or all of the items to the basket plus search within your previously purchased items. The feature is great if you regularly perform repeat orders on products that you use a lot.

FEATURE UPDATE - Customers can now filter their recent products by date, see how many of each product you have ordered and also SHOW ALL to easily scroll through your history and add to your basket at your convenience.

ORDER HISTORY

A handy screen showing all of your previous orders. From this screen, you are able to drill into each order and create new orders from previously purchased items should you wish

CURRENT ORDERS

View all your current pending orders, order status and order due date. From this screen you are then able to create a new order should you wish. This screen will show all orders whether placed online or via our customer service team.

ONLINE PAYMENTS

Our customers are now able to pay instantly as they place their orders. This saves having to call up our accounts team after a delivery has been made, making ordering a smoother process for customers that previously paid on delivery!

DISCOVER MORE FROM A SUPPLIER

Under all our products, there is now an option to 'discover more' from that particular brand/supplier. Potentially resulting in finding products you didn't know existed!

CREATE A BACK ORDER

It's not much use when you see a product is unavailable; that's why we have implemented this button for all out-of-stock products. Click the back order button, and one of our team will email you with an ETA and add to an order for you.

NEW FILTER OPTIONS

Customers can now use a 'sort by newest' feature on our product ranges, plus they can use our new feature that allows them to see products on offer. Use the filter panel on the left and dive deeper into the styles, keg fitment and container size, to name just a few.
